Your Role
As the Technical Territory Manager, you will:
- Training is the #1 thing they do – must be comfortable presenting.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, specifiers, engineers, and design professionals
- Conduct product trainings, contractor classes, distributor sessions, and represent the brand at trade shows
- Hunt for new opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Travel throughout the DFW/Texas region as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience in roofing, waterproofing, coatings, or building envelope products
- Experience presenting product demonstrations and training sessions
- Comfortable speaking at trade shows, lunch & learns, and contractor events
- Hunter mindset — self-starter, proactive, excellent at building a pipeline
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Ability to manage a statewide territory with confidence
