What You’ll Do
- Hunt and close new business across the San Jose region
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → inspections → proposals → closing
- Build long-term relationships with HOAs, multifamily owners, building owners, and property managers
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while driving rapid new business

- 3–5+ years in roofing sales (commercial + residential preferred)
- Strong understanding of roofing systems
- A hunter’s mindset and proven track record of winning new clients
- Ability to deliver board presentations and speak confidently to groups
- Strong relationship-building skills with HOAs, multifamily owners, PMs, and commercial clients
