What you will be doing
- Oversee financial strategy, operational financial performance and enterprise risk management
- Support aggressive growth of the business while maintaining fiscal control
- Allow more streamlined operations and higher reporting accuracy by leading the implementation of ERP and CRM systems
- Work alongside the CEO, COO and HR department to integrate HR systems, compliance and workforce planning
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 8+ years in financial leadership with experience in construction
- Experience of implementing ERP and CRM platforms
- Understanding of HR compliance
