With deep roots in the roofing sector spanning two generations, Roofing Talent America emerged from a profound understanding of the industry's complexities. CEO Luke developed unique insights into both installation and specification through his father's career progression, from hands-on roofing installation to material specification.
This firsthand exposure to the technical and commercial aspects of roofing revealed a critical market need: a specialized search partner with genuine industry expertise and an unwavering commitment to ethical practices. This vision led to the establishment of Roofing Talent America, focused on bridging the gap between top talent and leading roofing organizations.
Building from our Scottish origins, through successful growth across the UK and European roofing sectors, we now focus exclusively on the U.S. market. This international experience, combined with our specialized technical knowledge and established industry network, positions us at the forefront of the roofing sector, where we consistently deliver premium talent solutions that drive the industry forward.
