Direct Sales Representative - Commercial Roofing

Salary $80K - $100K (negotiable, depending on experience) + monthly commission + quarterly bonus + vehicle + benefits

Opportunity:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of quality single-ply roofing systems. They are looking for someone to take over a warm territory which is doing very well - but you will make it do even better!
This is a remote position, but you should be based in North Carolina, as around 40% of your time will be spend traveling around the territory.
You will proactively prospect a customer base including corporate owners, developers, roofing consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers. Add your own client base into the mix, and who knows where this will lead?
Monthly commission is uncapped and is based around gross sales. In addition, you can earn quarterly bonus on profit and other variables. If you do well, you will earn $100-150K in commission… but if you are a rockstar, you can expect this to top $250K… this is a STRONG market!

You:
· You will have at least 2 years’ experience selling to the target market.
· Although commercial roofing sales may make this easier for you, you may instead have experience in an associated field such as coatings or roof fixings.
· You possess that rare combination of being both a sales hunter, coupled with a flair for consultative sales.
· You are ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit…after all, there is big money to be made here!
· You are not afraid to embrace a “whatever it takes” approach to managing the territory. You will take accountability for results and how they directly impact the strategic vision and market share of the company - One day you may be representing the company at trade shows; the next day you could be presenting to architects; and next you may be completing a roof inspection.
