Your role
Support branch growth, obtaining the lease etc.
Travelling 75% of the time, via company funded flights.
Provide hands-on guidance across service and re-roofing operations.
Recruit, support and coach branch managers, guide and ensure KPI’s
Establish and implement processes and build your own playbook at each branch.

- 5+ Years in a leadership capacity
- 3+ Years commercial roofing experience
- Experience launching a greenfield or relevant experience
