What you’ll be doing
- Own every step of the project process – pre-construction through to completion
- Prepare cost analysis, cost estimation, budget preparation and implementation
- Act as the linchpin between internal teams, customers and vendors
- Ensure all documentation, paperwork and permits are updated and accurate
Requirements
- 5 years of management in commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Proficient with software tools - EDGE, Procore, Xactimate etc.
- Able to analyze cost data, create forecasts and analyze technical drawings and data
