What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing, managing and coordinating day-to-day activities across multiple commercial roofing job sites
- Ensure all sites are compliant with: OSHA, local codes, company standards and warranty standards
- Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure all jobs run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- 5 years of management in commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Able to schedule labor, manage inventory, interpret blueprints and use computer software
- Experience with managing teams of people and mentoring and training more junior members
