They are looking to partner with a CEO who has a track record of scaling through M&A and greenfield – specifically within a construction vertical. An identifiable list of prospects to hit the ground running is desired.
If you have experience in building a platform through strategic roll ups (preferably in roofing, HVAC, landscaping, electrical etc), this is an opportunity to work with a private equity thought partner who has proven success in consolidating one of the largest construction platforms in the US.
