What you will be doing
- Managing in-house and sub-contractor crews on a specific job site
- Installing historic, commercial and industrial roofing systems across the Cincinnati area and Ohio
- Train and mentor technicians and laborers to allow them to continue to learn
- Keep up to date with roofing systems, products and site safety protocols
What you’ll need
- 5+ years sales in historical, commercial or industrial roofing as a technician or foreman
- Must have experience in a range of specialist projects e.g. copper, slate tile, concrete/clay tile, asphalt, tin, lead etc
- Management experience in commercial roofing or construction
- Expert knowledge of the installation of: asphalt shingle, slate, tile, metal, and single-ply commercial roofing
- Driving license with ability to be insured on company vehicle
