Your Role
- Lead and grow the service department — from two trucks to a fully operational division
- Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and leadership to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Build a team culture focused on service excellence and accountability
What You Bring
- 5+ Years in a Service Manager position
- Experience in sales and operations
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.).
