What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish. This includes creating and updating project schedules, coordinating materials and subcontractors, reviewing scopes of work, processing purchase orders, and managing change orders.
You will also oversee field crews, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain open communication with clients through regular updates and progress meetings.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial roofing
- Proficient in project management software and digital tools
- Proven ability to lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
