What you’ll do
  • Lead and grow the existing sales teams by offering personalized mentoring and support to achieve personal and company goals
  • Build new client relationships to support the company’s expansion into new geographic markets
  • Create market strategies, bring in fresh ideas, initiatives, processes and systems
  • Managing national and regional account managers and sales managers


What you need
  • 10-15 years’ experience in sales and revenue generation within the construction and services industry (ideally with commercial roofing)
  • Experience in multi-family or commercial sectors (roofing experience is a major plus but not required)
  • An existing relevant book of business
  • Able to travel extensively to other branches for meetings and training
