Key Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating/project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems
- Comfortable talking with field crews and clients
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Spanish fluency is a plus
