- Building relationships with roofing contractors and construction leaders nationwide
- Speaking daily with high-level candidates and decision-makers
- Managing the full recruitment process from first call to placement
- Developing your own market, reputation, and income stream

- 3+ years in sales, business development, or a performance-driven role
- Ambitious, competitive, and comfortable on the phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
