What you'll need

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating/project management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems
• Comfortable talking with field crews and clients
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Spanish fluency is a plus
