What you will be doing
- Prepare accurate estimates for $1M–$3M commercial roofing projects
- Focus primarily on commercial re-roofing (95% of work)
- Review plans, specs, and scopes to develop complete bids
- Work closely with project managers and operations teams
- Mentor and support junior estimators
- Help improve estimating processes as systems are upgraded
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
- Ability to manage bids independently from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Comfortable working in a company transitioning from traditional methods to modern tools
- Professional, reliable, and performance-driven
