What you will be doing
- Leading the charge: You’ll own the outbound process—shaping scripts, email cadences, and overall strategy to find what actually works
- Building the playbook: You’ll be the "boots on the ground" expert, giving feedback to leadership on market trends and help refine sales tools
- Mentoring the team: As the business grows, you’ll step up to onboard and coach new SDRs, modeling the work ethic and positivity that keeps the engine running
- Setting the pace: You’ll hunt down major commercial opportunities, managing your own pipeline and hitting metrics that pave the way for your move into a Team Lead role
What you’ll need
- Proven SDR experience: You aren’t new to the game. You’ve put in the reps in B2B prospecting and actually enjoy the "craft" of opening doors
- Messaging mastery: You’re a pro at writing emails and LinkedIn messages that get responses, and you carry yourself with maturity and confidence on every call
- A leadership mindset: You’re someone people naturally respect and learn from—you’re process-minded and always looking for ways to fix bottlenecks
- True grit: You have the discipline to manage your own time and the resilience to stay focused on the long-term win, regardless of the daily "no’s."
