What you will be doing
- This is a true national account role focused on securing and expanding large, multi-location commercial roofing service programs in all 50 states with a structured contractor partner network already in place.
- You will operate with autonomy with no micromanagement, trusted to manage your own territory plan, travel schedule, and sales strategy.
- Long-term, this is a stable national platform with leadership growth opportunities for those who consistently perform.
- Develop and execute an approved annual national accounts sales plan
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within regional and national accounts
- Utilize consultative selling skills to uncover roofing maintenance and repair needs
- Penetrate existing accounts to expand services, locations, and revenue
What you’ll need
- Minimum 4 years outside B2B sales experience
- Proven experience building and executing structured national account territory plans
- Demonstrated success selling large accounts ($500k+ annual revenue per account)
- Experience managing portfolios of 30–500+ locations
- Must be willing and able to travel nationally for face-to-face client meetings
