You are not joining a marketing department; you’re building the commercial influence engine behind a company reshaping how private equity-backed construction groups scale across America.
We hold multi-million-dollar embedded contracts with U.S. operators executing buy-and-build strategies. We sit inside boardroom conversations about valuation, integration, and scale.
Now we are transitioning from Roofing Talent America into Talent America Corp, a multi-vertical talent operating company expanding across roofing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, commercial construction, and more.
This role gives you direct ownership of pipeline generation, brand authority, and enterprise positioning. You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership team. You will have full autonomy, full data access, and real commercial accountability.
You will also have established marketing suppliers at your disposal including our videographer, social media agency, and brand partners across the U.S. Your mandate being to set the strategy and direct their output.

Your Role
- Build and own the cold outbound engine targeting private equity firms and PE-backed construction platform
- Architect strategic social selling and LinkedIn authority positioning aligned to enterprise deal flow
- Lead website positioning, messaging refinement, and conversion optimisation
- Design follow-up systems and nurture sequences to increase booked enterprise calls
- Direct and align external marketing suppliers including videography and social media partners to commercial objectives
- Align marketing strategy directly to multi-year embedded contract growth
- You are accountable for pipeline quality, not engagement metrics.

Key Requirements
- 7+ years building and owning B2B lead generation engines
- Proven experience running cold outbound campaigns that generated enterprise-level opportunities
- Demonstrated experience directing external marketing suppliers or agencies
- Strong commercial literacy and understanding of revenue metrics
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a founder-led environment
