What you’ll be doing
- Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure they meet timeline, budget and quality expectations
- Manage and mentor roofing crews and ensure safety requirements and procedures are all met
- Build trust and partnerships with customers, vendors and manufacturers to ensure long-term relationships
What you’ll need
- 5 years management in commercial roofing experience
- Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Excel/Office365
- Experience in new construction and roofing projects exceeding 1,000,000 sq ft
