Your Role
- Interpret drawings, specs, and bid documents for complex projects
- Prepare detailed, production-focused commercial roofing estimates
- Collaborate with Project Managers during handoff and budget review
- Use Estimating Edge to develop accurate labour and material take-offs
- Support some service-related estimating as required

Key Requirements
- 5+ years commercial roofing estimating experience
- Ability to manage complex, specification-driven bids
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal systems
- Estimating Edge experience preferred but not essential
