If you can build relationships, identify opportunities, and close work, the earning potential is significant. Most salespeople earn between $150k - $200k, while the top performers clear $225k.

You will have autonomy in the market, operational backing from an experienced team, and the stability of a financially disciplined contractor that recently transitioned to employee ownership.

Your Role
? Generate new commercial roofing and coating opportunities
? Meet building owners, inspect roofs, and price projects
? Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the Omaha market
? Oversee projects through completion and final inspection
