Your Role
- Process supplier invoices through Ramp, NetSuite, and Acculynx systems
- Manage subcontractor payments and maintain vendor account accuracy
- Calculate and process commissions for roofing consultants
- Monitor supplier portals and ensure early payment discounts are captured
- Support financial accuracy across a high-volume construction operation

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in accounting, AP, AR, or financial operations
- Comfortable working with accounting systems or ERP platforms
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
