Work spans multiple live projects at once, building scopes and pricing jobs that are set up to run properly from day one, with a direct impact on revenue and project performance.

Your Role
- Review plans and specs to build accurate project scopes
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Support bid submissions and handover to operations
