You will step into a fast-moving environment with multiple active multifamily restoration projects, where your role is key to keeping everything organised, aligned, and moving forward.
This is not just supporting work. You are involved in the day-to-day delivery of complex, live projects, working closely with Project Managers and field teams, gaining full exposure to how projects are run from start to finish.

Work is 100% restoration, with projects ranging from $50K to $10M, focused on building envelope and structural rehab for condo and HOA communities, often in occupied environments where projects need to be planned properly and run with control.

Your Role
- Support Project Managers with documentation and coordination
- Coordinate communication between field teams and office
- Keep all project information organised and up to date
- Track project progress, updates, and key deliverables
- Assist with billing, change orders, and reporting

- 3+ years’ experience in construction or project coordination
- Experience working with project documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
