Work is 100% restoration, with projects ranging from $50K to $10M, focused on building envelope and structural rehab for condo and HOA communities, often in occupied environments where projects need to be planned properly and run with control.

Your Role
- Own full delivery of multifamily exterior restoration projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Lead Superintendents and coordinate field teams
- Handle change orders, billing, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec

- 5+ years Project Management experience in construction
- Experience delivering projects $250k - $5m+
- Experience in multifamily, envelope, or exterior construction preferred
