$85k - $100k + performance bonus up to $20k
Lead multifamily projects with real autonomy and a steady flow of work
You will step into a business with a strong, consistent pipeline of secured work. Projects are live, planned, and ready to be delivered. You are not waiting on the next job or dealing with stop-start chaos.
You are given real ownership and expected to take full control of day-to-day delivery across occupied multifamily projects, trusted to run your sites properly, manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and keep production moving without being micromanaged.
With the backing of a national private equity platform, growth is accelerating, creating clear opportunities to step to Project Manager level, take on larger projects, and expand your influence across the operation.
The culture is straightforward, supportive, and team-driven. Leadership is down to earth, runs an open-door environment, and looks after their people. It is a place where people step up, are backed by the team around them, and build long-term careers.
