You will step into a fast-paced commercial roofing environment where you are the central hub between customers, field teams, project managers, and vendors.
Your role is critical to keeping service, maintenance, and project work organized, scheduled, and executed properly.
This is not just admin support. You are directly involved in the day to day running of live operations, coordinating crews, managing schedules, handling permits, and keeping everything on track from start to finish.
As you develop, you will gain full exposure to operations, service, and project delivery, putting yourself in a strong position to grow as you take on more responsibility.

Overview
- You will be joining a well-established commercial roofing operation with a strong pipeline of service, maintenance, and project work.
- The business runs a structured, process driven operation where coordination, communication, and execution are key to keeping projects moving and clients satisfied.
- Work is steady and varied, giving you exposure across service, maintenance, and project delivery, allowing you to build real operational experience quickly.
Your Role
- Coordinate schedules, service calls, and field activity across multiple jobs
- Act as the central communication link between field teams, project managers, vendors, and customers
- Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance to keep projects on track
- Track warranties, documentation, and job records for accuracy
- Support invoicing, payroll, and overall office operations
- Ensure projects move from start to completion without delays or communication breakdowns
- 3 to 7 years’ experience in office management, operations coordination, or construction administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
- Experience coordinating schedules, crews, or service operations
- Comfortable working with field teams, vendors, and leadership
- Experience in commercial roofing or construction is highly preferred
