National Sales Representative (Commercial Roofing)

$50,000 + Uncapped Commission (30% - 45% Net Profit)

This is a commercial roofing sales opportunity for true road warriors who want more than a base salary, a weak commission plan, or a company that leaves them to figure it out alone.
You will be joining a storm-response division being rebuilt and professionalized with stronger leadership, better talent, and a more accountable W-2 structure. The business is backed financially, but still led by roofing people who understand the field, the customer, the claim, and the close.
You will be deployed into active storm markets, working commercial properties, building owner relationships, and chasing large-scale insurance restoration opportunities.
The upside is serious. Typical projects start around $200k, average around $1M, and can exceed $10M. Strong reps are earning $300k-$400k+, with top performers reaching $1M+.

Your Role
You will prospect commercial properties after hail and hurricane events, building relationships with property owners and securing contingency agreements in active storm markets.
You will manage commercial insurance restoration opportunities from first contact through close, with a focus on consistent field activity, including 15+ doors per day during deployment.
You will handle large commercial roofing opportunities, typically ranging from $200k to $1M+, while staying deployed in storm zones for extended periods during peak season.
