The opportunity:

Now, as the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for a Sales Director who can build, scale and lead a best-in-class commercial sales organization capable of supporting continued expansion across existing territories.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished product and simply maintain it. It's an opportunity to influence strategy, shape culture, develop people and leave a lasting mark on a business already recognized as a dominant player within the commercial roofing industry.

The role:
You'll take ownership of building and leading the sales organization across multiple regional markets. Your focus will include recruiting and developing top sales talent, implementing effective sales processes, driving pipeline growth and establishing the systems required to scale performance across the business.
You'll oversee territory planning, market expansion initiatives and performance management whilst mentoring leaders capable of driving results throughout the organization.

What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience.
  • A proven track record of building, developing and scaling highperforming sales teams.
  • Experience within commercial roofing, construction or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
  • A leadership style built around accountability, collaboration and coaching.
  • A passion for developing people
