You will have visibility across the entire service operation, from dispatch and scheduling through invoicing, estimation, customer communication, and operational performance.

Your Role
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across the Ohio market
- Manage work orders, documentation, scheduling, and operational tracking through CRM systems
- Be the hub of communication between the crews, customers and operations.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or construction
- Proficiency in Centerpoint & Microsoft Applications
- Experience reviewing estimations & Ensuring customer satisfaction
