Build the Training Function That Defines How a Platform Scales!
If you've ever been frustrated watching great people struggle because training is inconsistent, systems aren't adopted properly, and every office has its own way of working, this is your opportunity to fix it.

You'll take ownership of training and continuous improvement across a rapidly growing national commercial roofing platform, creating the systems, onboarding, and operational standards that help the business scale with consistency.

This isn't a role maintaining existing programs. It's an opportunity to build them.

You'll own enterprise-wide training across the company's technology stack, leading Procore adoption while designing structured onboarding that gets new hires productive faster.

Alongside training, you'll drive Continuous Improvement initiatives that remove inefficiencies, standardise workflows, and improve how teams operate across multiple businesses and regions.

You'll work closely with leadership, field operations, and corporate teams, giving you the opportunity to influence how the business grows for years to come.

Your Role
  • Own training delivery and adoption across the company's technology stack
  • Lead Procore training as the internal subject matter expert
  • Design and implement a scalable new hire onboarding programme
  • Create SOPs, video training, and self-service learning resources
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
  • Partner with field and office teams to improve system adoption and operational consistency
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Travel approximately 25% to support field engagement and implementation

Requirements
  • Construction industry experience, with commercial roofing strongly preferred
  • Proven experience delivering training on construction or operational technology platforms
  • Strong Procore knowledge with the confidence to train and support users
  • Experience driving Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
  • Ability to create engaging training content including SOPs, videos, and digital learning resources
