Take full ownership of a Tampa operation with the backing of a $72M roofing business behind you.
 

You will not be micromanaged here. You will not be walking on eggshells, and you will not be sat in front of a corporate scorecard every Monday explaining yourself.

You run the branch. You set the priorities, you build the team, you hire the people you want around you, and you get judged on the work you put out.

This is a privately owned business - no private equity, no outside investors, no five-year exit plan driving decisions. The owner started as a Superintendent, bought in, and now runs the place.

Long term, this seat is a launchpad. You hire and develop a Project Manager beneath you, strengthen the branch, and step up into an executive-level role. That is not a sales line - the current VP came up from Foreman, and the Operations Director went Project Manager to Branch Manager to Director.

Your Role

• Take full operational ownership of the Tampa branch — P&L, delivery, people
• Lead and develop the existing team of Superintendent, Project Manager and subcontractor base
• Hire, onboard and mentor new staff, including a Project Manager under you
• Estimate and price work alongside your PM team
• Keep every job compliant with Florida building codes and local regulations
• Manage client relationships and win repeat work across the Tampa market
• Assess what the branch needs and fix it — you will have the authority to do it

A privately owned commercial roofing contractor founded in 1978, now at $72M revenue with 110 staff across six cross-functional branches in Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Licensed in 19 states.

The mix is roughly 80% new construction and 20% reroof, with a $14M service division running eight crews. Systems are single-ply and modified bitumen. Heavy industrial new construction, including major data center work.

Revenue is tracking to $84M with a clear target of surpassing $100M. The plan is simple: better work, tighter operations, more profit. No empire building, no drama.
