Estimating, project management and management support currently sit in Phoenix, and GC and customer relationships are extending north from there. The wider business is a commercial roofing contractor operating across several states with a formal branch leadership standard.
The plan is a self-performing Flagstaff operation with its own office and project management capability, its own backlog, and a workforce sized for year-round work.

Your Role
- Own the Flagstaff P&L: revenue, margin, labor efficiency and overhead
- Spend around 60% of your time selling and managing customer relationships across Northern Arizona
- Run production and project delivery the rest of the time, alongside your Superintendent
- Build a real service business and use it to keep crews productive through winter
- Hire and develop the local bench: field, project management and office staff as backlog supports it
- Take the branch off Phoenix support and make it self-performing
What You Need
- Commercial roofing leadership with P&L or branch-level accountability. A strong Operations Manager from a $20M to $30M branch is a credible step up.
- A track record of winning and holding commercial customers: GCs, school districts, direct-to-owner
- Credible operations knowledge across production, scheduling, job costing and commercial roof systems
- Comfortable as the most senior person in the market, working with minimal support
