Opportunity Overview

Trading for over two decades, the contractor now runs commercial roofing operations across 11 states with a team of more than 350 and revenue above $100m.

The work is entirely commercial, no residential, with projects averaging around $500k and some of the largest commercial packages in the country among them.

Clients span public institutions, local and federal government agencies and military installations, which brings variety in contract type, specification and site requirement rather than the same job on repeat.

The Lafayette division sits inside that national footprint, with the equipment and technical resources of a contractor of that size behind it.
 

Your Role

• Own the output of the division: production, scheduling, delivery and quality across live commercial projects
• Direct personnel, equipment and subcontractors across multiple jobs running at once
• Build and develop the foremen and crews under you
• Hold safety and specification standards on public, government and military sites

What You'll Need

• 5+ years as a Division Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent in commercial roofing
• Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Proven record scheduling personnel, equipment and subcontractors across concurrent projects
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Lafayette, LA area (relocation assistance provided)
