Your role
- Own daily field operations across multiple commercial roofing projects
- Lead and support foremen, crews and subcontractors on every site
- Plan labor, materials and equipment, reviewing scope, drawings and specifications before and during work
- Drive safety standards and OSHA compliance across all job sites
- Control schedules, costs and quality to keep every project on track
- Represent the business on site with project managers, customers and vendors
- Close jobs out properly, from punch lists through to warranty follow up

Requirements
- 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or in a senior field leadership role
- Strong commercial roofing knowledge, including single-ply and built-up systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at the same time
