The company works with major general contractors, developers and national clients across commercial and industrial construction, with a strong pipeline of complex projects.
The immediate focus is a major data center development near St. Louis consisting of 2 buildings and approximately 7,500 squares of roofing.
You will work alongside the Superintendent and Project Engineer as part of the core site leadership team, while receiving support and resources from senior leadership.
Your Role
• Own the Site Specific Safety Plan across both data center buildings
• Lead high hazard planning, risk assessments and Activity Hazard Analyses
• Oversee permits, pre task planning and site safety documentation
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Represent site safety with the GC, Superintendent, Project Engineer and senior stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, ANSI and NFPA standards
Requirements
• BCSP, CHST, OHST, CSP or similar professional certification
• Reliable vehicle for travel to the project site in New Florence, MO
• Commercial construction or roofing safety experience
• Experience working within high hazard environments
