The opportunity:

Join a commercial roofing platform with combined revenues exceeding $150M and more than $100M earmarked for investment this year.

You’ll have the financial backing and resources of a growing group, alongside the reputation and relationships of an established local contractor. Bring your leadership and technical knowledge, and help build a service department customers trust and good people want to join.
 

The role:

Lead daily service operations, keeping crews productive, customers informed and jobs profitable. Own scheduling, department performance, safety and quality while recruiting and developing your foremen and technicians.
 

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing operations or service management.

• Strong knowledge of single-ply and built-up roofing systems.

• A track record of managing multiple crews and delivering strong profitability.

• Confidence developing field teams and enforcing safety standards.

• Experience with service management systems, strong customer communication and a valid driver’s license.
