CEO Zach Reece was being roped into the front lines of his organization and couldn’t find the time to have a holistic view of his business and grow it the way he wanted to because he was spending all of his time Estimating. Zach had been trying to find an experienced Regional Estimating Director for quite some time and he was then approached by Roofing Talent America to offer our support. The position was unique as we not only needed to find an experienced Estimating Director but one who had experience managing remote Estimators.
Within 30 days, Roofing Talent America had provided a shortlist of 5 candidates who were experienced Regional Estimating Directors, who had experience of managing remote Roofing Estimators and were a cultural fit to the Colony Business.
The position was filled with an ideal candidate and Zach was eventually able to go on holiday with his family without worrying about the business running without him. With the extra head space, 2 months later Zach was able to open a new branch in Florida and continue to grow the business.
