Headquartered in Ohio, Division 7 is a Regional Commercial Roofing Contractor with offices across the revenue in excess of $20m.
CEO John Kiesel had worked in Re-Roofing for the past 20 years and decided he wanted to open a new division to capitalize on the New Construction Opportunities in Ohio. For this to make sense, John needed a New Construction specialist that could hit-the-ground running and head up the division as Estimator - Head of New Construction.
After spending 2 hours on an introductory call with Roofing Talent America CEO Luke, John was provided with an Estimating Manager who has worked at his direct competitor for the past 20 years, within 24-hours.
Division 7 quickly hired the candidate and started to build the foundations for their New Construction Division and asked Roofing Talent America for help with multiple other positions.
