Your Role
- Lead a live division with PMs, Superintendents, service and production crews
- Oversee project delivery across service and re-roofing work
- Drive operational performance, structure, and accountability
- Monitor job costing, margins, and production metrics
- Work directly with ownership to grow and strengthen the region

Requirements
- 7+ years in commercial construction operations
- Experience leading PMs, Superintendents, and field teams
- Strong understanding of job costing and production metrics
- Track record of improving operational performance
- Able to take ownership and make decisions
