Commercial Roofing Estimator

Compensation: $120K – $180K + Year-End Bonus

This is an opportunity for an experienced estimator who takes ownership of their numbers and wants to operate in a structured, team-driven environment. You will be working within an established contractor alongside other estimating personnel, with clear processes, leadership support, and a steady flow of bid opportunities.

You will not be responsible for generating work. The focus is strictly on producing accurate estimates, assembling professional proposals, and supporting the business in winning the right projects.

Your Role
• Perform takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Assemble and submit complete proposal packages
• Communicate with general contractors throughout the bid process
• Coordinate with internal estimating team and field personnel
• Maintain organization across multiple active bids

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction
• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Familiarity with estimating software (Edge preferred, not required)
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and materials
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment

Additional Info
• Local travel only, minimal and project-based
• Full-time, in-office position
