You will run multiple live projects from pre-construction through closeout while also leading a team of Project Managers.
You’ll be accountable for delivery, performance, and outcomes across your portfolio, not just your own jobs.
You will be the senior point of contact for clients across your projects, handling issues directly and keeping delivery moving.
The work covers commercial roofing across data centres, healthcare, manufacturing, and large retail.

Your role

- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, setting expectations and driving accountability across all active projects
- Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and change orders
- Act as senior client and stakeholder point of contact, resolving issues quickly and ensuring clear communication and strong outcomes

Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial roofing management
- Confidence leading and developing Project Managers
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to operate in a structured, process-driven environment
