Your Role
- You will lead and execute regional sales and estimating strategy, driving revenue while coaching and developing a high performing commercial roofing team
- You will act as the technical authority across all major roofing and waterproofing systems, supporting qualification, bidding, and project planning to ensure accurate, competitive solutions
- You will engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors, delivering technical guidance, supporting presentations and RFPs, and aligning internal teams to win and deliver profitable work
Requirements
- 5+ Years of commercial roofing Estimating & Sales leadership
- Experience with commercial building codes,
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce and Estimating Edge.
