- 7 – 10 years in commercial roofing (especially service, repairs, and maintenance)
- 3 - 5 years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams
- Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, and margin management,
- Proven experience using ERP, CRM software, dispatching, and field service platforms
