Your role
Design and lead all day-to-day service operations, including:
- Selling maintenance and re-roof related projects, build or expand your book of business.
- Responsibilities also include tracking key KPIs (revenue, profitability).
- Hiring, training, and mentoring the service team while maintaining high performance standards.
What you’ll need
- 5+ Years in a Service Manager position
- Experience in sales and operations
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.).
