Your Role
• Apply spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and commercial roof coating systems to manufacturer specifications
• Prepare roof surfaces including cleaning, masking, priming, and detail work
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray equipment and rigs
What You'll Bring
• 2+ years of hands-on experience applying SPF and commercial roof coating systems
• Proven ability to operate and maintain spray rigs, proportioners, hoses, and spray equipment
• Strong knowledge of leading SPF and coating manufacturers and their application standards, including systems such as NCFI, BASF, Carlisle/Henry, Gaco, Versaflex, or similar
• Confidence working at heights and traveling to projects across the country
