You’ll work across TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit, metal and coatings, not one membrane all year.

Working with buildings such as schools, government facilities and large businesses across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic.

Your findings shape the work. You document roof conditions, photograph deficiencies and recommend the repairs that come next.

The Opportunity
A commercial roofing and building-envelope contractor headquartered in Central Pennsylvania, with a second Mid-Atlantic branch covering a region from Virginia to New York.

The company provides commercial roof replacement, restoration, repairs and maintenance, alongside waterproofing and wider building-envelope services. Its customers include major businesses, government agencies, schools and institutional property owners. Work covers manufacturer-warranted built-up, single-ply, metal and specialty roofing systems.

The service team includes Service Managers, Service Foremen, Technicians and Project Managers. Safety is a priority, supported by written safety and substance-abuse programs, OSHA-compliant training for all site personnel and job-specific instruction for every employee.

Projects are carefully planned to minimize disruption to occupied buildings, with regular progress updates provided to owners and facility managers.

• Own leak detection on every call: trace the source and decide the right repair method
• Repair and maintain TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit, metal and coated roofs to manufacturer standards
• Own leak detection on every call and recommend the corrective action
• Be the professional face on site with building owners and facility managers
• Spot additional repair and maintenance needs and bring them to the Service Manager
• Produce accurate work orders, photos, condition reports and material records

• 2+ years servicing commercial roofing systems
• Hands-on experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, mod bit, built-up, metal or roof coatings
• Proven ability to troubleshoot commercial roof leaks
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Able to work safely at height using fall protection, ladders and aerial lifts
