You'll report to an experienced General Superintendent who backs your calls, gets you the crews, and clears the obstacles you can't clear yourself. You own your jobs. You just don't carry them alone.

The work is commercial — predominantly reroof, alongside new construction and service — with a private equity-backed platform behind it: engineering support, design capability, and the capital to keep growing.

Do this well and the next seat is General Superintendent. That's a real path here, not a line in an ad.

Your Role

• Own your job sites from mobilization through closeout
• Lead crews and foremen to hit schedule, quality, and productivity targets
• Enforce the safety standard every day, on every roof
• Inspect the work and fix problems before they reach the client
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower on site
• Keep the office informed — accurate daily reporting, no surprises
• Work with the General Superintendent on sequencing, labor, and priorities

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial roofing 
• 2+ years running crews as a Superintendent or working foreman
• Hands-on knowledge of low-slope systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit
• Ability to run multiple crews and keep a schedule honest
• Safety-first mindset and pride in the finished roof
